Location of the cached address book in BPOS/MSOL

Despite Microsoft's documentation, the location of the address book is not in C:\Documents and Settings\%user%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. It is actually in C:\Documents and Settings\%user%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.

Deleting or renaming this to old this should remove cached entries.
