Teleperformance and MSOL

I've been wondering who took over the Microsoft Online/Business Productivity Suite contract since it's launch.

It turns out it's a company called Teleperformance who allegedly has some AMAZING METRICS (according to someone at Toshiba who are not known for their great technical support, incidentally.) No real opinion here, I just like knowing who I'm talking to. Since first line support seems to mean copying and pasting publically avaiable knowledge base articles into an e-mail.... that have nothing to do with the case.
